By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. About Us
Kukumwa is a fast-food restaurant located at Diamond Plaza 1, Parklands, Nairobi, offering dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in Kenya Shillings and may change without notice. Menu images are illustrative. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to availability or errors.
3. Payments
Payments are processed in-store or via third-party delivery platforms. Kukumwa does not store payment details.
4. Promotions & Discounts
Offers are time-limited, subject to availability, and cannot be combined unless stated. Kukumwa may modify or end promotions at any time.
5. Delivery Services
Deliveries are fulfilled by third-party platforms (Glovo, Bolt Food, Uber Eats). Kukumwa is not responsible for delivery delays once food leaves the restaurant.
6. Food & Allergies
Please inform staff of any allergies before ordering. Cross-contamination may occur. Kukumwa is not liable where no prior notice is given.
7. Refunds & Complaints
Cancellations must be made before preparation. Refunds are issued at our discretion or per delivery platform policy. Complaints must be raised within 24 hours.
8. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive or inappropriate behavior.
9. Liability
Kukumwa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except as required by Kenyan law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
